My Marketing Plan

I will do the following when you list your property with me:

 

  • Provide a professional property evaluation and market analysis.
  • List your property in our Multiple Listing Service with a full, detailed description, plus 25 photos taken with high resolution photography, as well as create a visual tour with panoramic view for prospective buyers.
  • Create a separate panoramic virtual tour located on your listing on my personal website, www.beawalker.com.
  • List your property so that it receives the highest selling price in the shortest amount of time.
  • Hold one or more catered open house tours for realtors and to the public.
  • Place your property on our Multiple Listing Hotsheet.
  • Prepare full-color brochures, prepared immediately for distribution, within 2 business days from the time of the listing to be mailed and placed on the property.
  • Promote your property through customized postcard mailings distributed to neighbors in your area.
  • Place a  PRUDENTIAL CAMBRIDGE REALTY yard sign on your property, if acceptable to neighborhood, as well as directional pointers.
  • Create a domain for your property address to be viewed by the worldwide web.
  • Create an ad of your property for The Real Estate Showcase book distributed in Greenwood and the surrounding areas.
  • Have available to you our recommended Home Warranty Protection Plan to avoid unexpected repairs and increase the chance of your property selling. 
  • Show and promote property to all possible buyers. 
  • Get feedback from all showings and relay to you in a timely manner. 
  • Furnish any information needed about your property to any realtor or potential buyer at the time. 
  • Review activity and adjust marketing if needed. 
  • Present all offers and negotiate the highest possible selling price and best terms.
  • Take care of all the details for you.
